Job summary

Signify Nederland in Eindhoven seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager Technology Platforms - LED/Semiconductors to lead global platform strategy for semiconductor and LED components. Qualifications

• You are a senior sourcing professional with 8–12+ years of experience in semiconductors and/or software platforms, combining strong technical literacy with commercial and strategic capability.
• You have a deep understanding of semiconductor value chains, software licensing models, and platform economics.
• You are able to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior and executive level.
• You are experienced in contract law, IP & licensing structures.

This is an exciting leadership position and an opportunity for you to light the way as as a Strategic Sourcing Manager Technology Platforms - LED/Semiconductors in Eindhoven with Signify.

The Strategic Sourcing Manager Technology Platforms - LED/Semiconductors is accountable for the global strategy for technology platforms including cost competitiveness, supply resilience, and innovation enablement of semiconductor and LED components used across lighting electronics, drivers, systems, and connected platforms.

This role ensures secure access to critical technologies, competitive total cost of ownership, and alignment between R&D roadmaps, manufacturing needs, and supplier ecosystems, while managing high geopolitical, capacity, and lifecycle risks inherent to the semiconductor and LED markets.
