Job summary

Everience is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA S2C Procurement Business Lead to drive the Source-to-Contract stream in a large international transformation programme. You will be the accountable lead for S2C, aligning stakeholders and governing the stream across design, deployment, and adoption.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, data migration oversight, training, UAT input, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, process owners, and change representatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant domain.
• 5+ years leading business/workstreams in large international transformations.
• Strong Source-to-Contract process knowledge.
• 8+ years SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in a leading role.
• Stakeholder management, governance, facilitation, risk reporting.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Procurement transformation and matrix organisation experience.
• Experience as a functional consultant driving procurement tool implementations.
• Languages: Fluent English; Dutch/German/Swedish advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable Procurement business lead for the S2C stream.
• Maintain the stream roadmap, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate design validation, data validation, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare.
• Provide regular status reporting on progress and decisions.
• Interface between programme, IT, procurement stakeholders, and change teams.
• Coordinate input to UAT, test data, and defect prioritisation.
• Oversee data migration activities and business readiness.
