Brainboss Associates B.V is seeking a Release Train Engineer to drive SAFe practices across complex Dutch organisations. You will coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, run PI Planning, and connect team execution to portfolio strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in agile delivery, SAFe RTE exposure, and strong Dutch/English communication. On-site cooperation and a strong coaching mindset are essential for success at Brainboss.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in agile delivery roles (e.g. Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Have a higher education degree (Bachelor's, Master's, HBO, or WO).
• Solid understanding of Product/Lean Portfolio Management (PPM/LPM).
• Experience running PI Planning and full PI cycles for an ART of multiple teams.
• SAFe RTE certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Train and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices following transformation rollout.
• Facilitate PI Planning, retrospectives, refinement, and other Agile ceremonies to support teams.
• Monitor and report on team and Agile Release Train maturity, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies and risks across teams within the ART.
• Maintain alignment between portfolio strategy and team-level execution with visibility of backlog and roadmap.
• Coach at all levels: Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leadership to embed Lean-Agile practices.
