Job summary

The Networkers is a growing ICT partner specializing in networking and security. This full-time role focuses on shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, managing campaigns and content, and driving lead generation with a hands-on, independent approach.

Based in Utrecht, you will work with a close team, coordinate agencies, and contribute to events while developing a strategic marketing plan aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in a similar marketing role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fields such as SEA and SEO.
• Fluent Dutch and English, creative and proactive mindset.
• Able to develop strategic marketing plans and lead campaigns.
• Residing in the Utrecht region and willing to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing policy and branding.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns and lead generation tools.
• Advise MD/MT on market trends and developments.
• Coordinate external marketing agencies and events.
• Analyze website and social media results and optimize campaigns.
• Create content for website, mailings, and social channels.
• Lead the marketing department with initiative and independence.
• Support trade fairs domestically and abroad.
