Job summary

M. Restart is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Interim) in Amsterdam to support the gas storage business within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Law, 6/8 years of experience, and proficiency in Dutch and English.

In this role, you will serve as a legal advisor, addressing regulatory issues and overseeing gas storage operations in a dynamic legal environment. In addition to strategic responsibilities, you'll manage external legal relations and contribute to policy discussions.

Qualifications

• 6/8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end legal owner for regulatory and commercial matters.
• Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of gas storage operations.
• Draft and negotiate Gas Storage Capacity Agreements.
