Job summary

Destinus is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead post-acquisition integrations from signing to steady state. You will own the plan that connects Legal, Finance, HR, IT and Operations, ensuring momentum, mitigating risks and turning decisions into action.

This hands-on role requires navigating complexity, driving multiple workstreams and delivering a structured integration roadmap across international teams in the aerospace and defense domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience with at least one full-cycle M&A integration
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream programs
• Strong project management discipline: milestones, dependencies, RAID, governance
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and levels
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with changing priorities
• Experience with cross-border integrations involving multiple entities or jurisdictions
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• PMP/PROSCI or equivalent certification is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Build and own the master integration plan for each acquisition, connecting workstreams, milestones, dependencies and owners
• Drive integration governance through steering committee updates, RAID logs and clear reporting
• Coordinate workstream leads across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Operations and more to align with the integration roadmap
• Lead Day 1 readiness planning for people, systems, contracts and facilities
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early and drive resolutions
• Track synergy realization and communicate deviations, risks and actions to leadership
• Act as central coordination point for the acquired company during integration
• Conduct structured integration close-out reviews and document lessons learned
• Develop and improve the Destinus integration playbook, templates and governance model
