Job summary

Aramco Europe, headquartered in The Hague, seeks an experienced adviser to support the Managing Director and AOC Management on strategic direction and alignment with Saudi Aramco.

You will perform value-added analyses, identify opportunities, supervise change programs, and prepare presentations, with a minimum of eight years in business, and fluent English.

Bachelor degree required; position based in The Hague with an international remit.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills, both written and verbally.
• Excellent strategic insight and financial acumen within global perspective.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, from which 2 are with AOC or affiliated companies.

Responsibilities

• Performs value added analyses and research in support of AOC's strategic objectives and provides input for the development of AOC's strategic direction, goals and objectives and advises the Managing Director and/or AOC Management on related matters
• Identifies and evaluates business opportunities for AOC and SA
• Advises and supports AOC's Managing Director and/or Management Team to ensure effectiveness of current business practices and makes recommendations for sustainable change
• Monitor and execute organizational campaigns and change processes
• Prepares presentations and other documentation on behalf of the Managing Director as required
• Ensure AOC services are compliant with the requirements of Saudi Aramco and major customers
• Coordinates quarterly and other periodic strategic reviews and MIS meetings
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Managing Director or Senior Team member
• Monitor strategy implementation and suggest improvements to reach strategic goals
• Support the implementation of new policies, services and processes
