Job summary

MSF OCA is seeking a Temporary HR Advisor (Country Programs) based in Amsterdam or another European office, to serve as the main HR focal point for country programmes and operations teams. The role requires strong HRCo experience, MSF field and HQ exposure, and at least 5 years in HR with staff coaching and advisory capabilities.

An international, fast-paced humanitarian environment is expected, with travel and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Coordinator (HRCo) within MSF is required.
• Mandatory MSF experience in field missions and headquarters environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, including advising, coaching, and supporting managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR focal point for assigned country programmes and operational teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance to HR Coordinators and field staff.
• Advise field teams on HR policies, processes, and workforce planning.
