Finance Factor is seeking a Group Financial Controller to strengthen financial governance and ensure high-quality reporting in Utrecht. The candidate will manage IFRS topics, evolve the accounting manual, and coordinate audits, requiring 6–8+ years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in financial control, group reporting or external audit.
• Pragmatic and proactive approach with end-to-end ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the internal financial control framework.
• Own group-wide IFRS topics as subject-matter expert.
• Maintain and evolve the Group IFRS Accounting Manual.
• Support coordination of the group external audit.
• Contribute to annual report and related disclosures.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in projects.
• Design and deliver training on IFRS and internal controls.
