Finance Factor is seeking a Group Financial Controller to strengthen financial governance and ensure high-quality reporting in Utrecht. The candidate will manage IFRS topics, evolve the accounting manual, and coordinate audits, requiring 6–8+ years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in financial control, group reporting or external audit.
Pragmatic and proactive approach with end-to-end ownership of responsibilities.
Experience in an international environment.
Responsibilities
Strengthen the internal financial control framework.
Own group-wide IFRS topics as subject-matter expert.
Maintain and evolve the Group IFRS Accounting Manual.
Support coordination of the group external audit.
Contribute to annual report and related disclosures.
Drive continuous improvement and participate in projects.
Design and deliver training on IFRS and internal controls.
