ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a proactive risk professional to join the ERM/RA team in Amsterdam. You will act as the primary point of contact for Business risk, shaping the bank's risk steering framework and policy while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

You will define risk appetite, KRIs, and calibration methods, oversee EC models, and support regulatory exercises to maintain risk discipline across the organization.

Competenze

• Experience in creating and implementing risk frameworks and related policies.
• Knowledge of business risk, strategy alignment, and risk indicators.
• Familiarity with planning, capital allocation, and stress testing.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary SPOC for Business risk in the 2nd line ERM/RA team.
• Help design and implement the Business risk steering framework and policy.
• Define Risk Appetite Statements, KRIs, and calibration methods.
• Oversee Economic Capital models and related adjacents with stakeholders.
• Monitor KRIs and provide risk opinions on developments affecting the bank.
• Lead regulatory compliance exercises (BCBS239, ICAAP, BMA) and report.
• Guide units in cascading risk appetite and boundaries across the bank.
• Provide portfolio insights to support strategic decisions and ESG materiality.
