Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group seeking a Business Architect to align strategy with execution by maintaining an enterprise-wide view of the business. You will design and connect business, data, IT and product architectures to drive transformation.

Responsibilities include drafting architecture (As-Is/To-Be), governance, and portfolio alignment, working with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Process Architecture, and process design tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to liaise between business and technical stakeholders and work in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Business Process Architecture (As-Is and To-Be) with clear domain definitions and dependencies.
• Documenting architecture in a Process Repository and bridging Business, IT, Data and Product.
• Translating strategic objectives into tactical frameworks and solution directions.
• Aligning the project portfolio with goals and managing dependencies between projects.
• Establishing governance with other Architects to support programs and provide guidance.
