Job summary

EXO ARNVIND is partnering with a pioneering organisation in the Netherlands to hire a Cyber Security Architect. You will design and implement security for IT and OT environments within the energy sector, shaping the future of secure infrastructure and digital grids.

You will lead security architecture initiatives, advise senior management, and mentor teams while translating complex security concepts into practical, risk-balanced solutions that support reliable energy delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in cyber security and security architecture.
• Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Certifications such as SABSA or CISSP.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and NIST training.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for IT and OT in the energy sector.
• Provide guidance to leadership and propose improvements to security posture.
• Participate in security architecture council reviews and approvals.
• Lead cross-functional teams during implementation and continuous improvement.
• Establish frameworks, policies, and foster security awareness across the organisation.
