Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Principal Commercial Excellence to act as the strategic planning and insights engine across 15 international markets. Based in Amsterdam, you will drive high-priority digital channel initiatives that elevate how we support restaurant, grocery and convenience partners.

You will translate commercial data into executive narratives, align Sales, Product and Finance, and own performance insights to steer priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority transformation programmes from hypothesis to implementation, delivering measurable commercial results across 15 markets.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Finance, fostering collaboration without direct reporting lines.
• Own commercial planning and performance insights, tracking core metrics to steer priorities.
• Craft executive-level presentations, dashboards, and steering committee packs to distill insights into strategic narratives.
• Develop, scale and maintain actionable commercial playbooks for exclusivity models and strategic accounts across markets.
• Establish robust programme governance and post-implementation reviews to feed learnings into future planning cycles.
• Champion digital channel strategy initiatives and translate findings into actionable recommendations for C-suite leaders.
