Job summary

Philips seeks a highly motivated Master’s student for a full-time Change Management internship in Amsterdam. You will join the Strategy and Transformation team within Integrated Supply Chain and contribute to a strategic transformation program across multiple departments.

You’ll draft communications, support training delivery, coordinate events, and track progress while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site office days.

Qualifications

• You must be enrolled as a Master's student for the entire internship duration.
• Experience with transformation programs and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and design internal communication materials aligned with strategic objectives.
• Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and change events.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for communication and training activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.
• Maintain structured documentation and track progress of initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.
• Support KPI tracking related to change management activities.
