Job summary

Fitura is seeking a Strategic Project Buyer in Arnhem to lead offshore cable procurement from evaluation to award. You will coordinate with the UK partner and engage a cross-functional team of project professionals, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with regular travel to the UK. Initially on-site in Arnhem, with potential hybrid arrangements as the project evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategic buyer with complex (infrastructure) tenders, preferably in the field of cables.
• Minimum HBO level with relevant purchasing training.
• A good command of both Dutch and English is important due to contact with partners in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Continue and lead an ongoing procurement process for an offshore cable connection, from evaluation of offers to drafting the award proposal.
• Coordinate the procurement process with the project partner in England.
• Act as the primary point of contact for this procurement process.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary project team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Contribute to other procurement activities within the same project.
• You work closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external project partners.
