Job summary

TenneT is seeking a Senior Asset Strategist Physical Security to develop, implement, and improve asset management strategies for physical security across the Netherlands. You will advise stakeholders, develop frameworks, analyze data, and drive cost-efficient, sustainable asset performance within a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to standards, with a permanent contract and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and relevant asset management expertise.
• 5+ years of asset management and/or physical security experience.
• Ability to translate complex issues into strategic asset management solutions.
• Experience creating guidelines, frameworks, processes, and improvement initiatives.
• English proficiency; Dutch language not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal and external stakeholders on physical security asset management.
• Develop and implement asset management frameworks, guidelines, processes and strategies.
• Analyze asset data and translate insights into improvement initiatives.
• Represent the physical security discipline within TenneT and ensure standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with specialists and facilitate knowledge sharing to realize projects.
• Evaluate and optimize asset management processes for better performance and lower costs.
