Job summary

Zerotrillion in Amsterdam is seeking a full-time Video Editor to craft commercials, branded films, documentaries and social content. You will work closely with creative directors and production teams to shape pacing, music and emotion across multiple formats.

The role demands 3+ years of professional editing experience, expert Premiere Pro skills, and a strong eye for storytelling. You’ll contribute creatively from first assembly to final delivery in a hands-on studio setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional editing experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Excellent storytelling, pacing and editorial instincts.
Strong understanding of music, sound design and visual rhythm.
Experience delivering content across digital, social and broadcast platforms.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to work full-time from our Amsterdam studio.

Responsibilities

Edit commercials, branded films, documentaries and social-first content.
Transform raw footage into compelling, story-driven edits.
Collaborate with directors and creatives from first assembly through final delivery.
Select music, build sound design and refine pacing to elevate every piece.
Create multiple cutdowns and platform-specific versions.
Prepare projects for colour grading, sound mix and final delivery.
Organize media and maintain efficient post-production workflows.
Contribute creative ideas throughout production—not just in the edit suite.
