Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering exceptional customer service through strategic merchandising, pricing, and on‑floor recovery. You will coach, develop and supervise staff while ensuring brand standards and visual directives are followed.

You will drive product presentation, signaging accuracy, and timely replenishment, partnering with the Merchandising Manager to adapt plans to store needs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling to customers.
• Replenish inventory on the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to execute company direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities and ensure accurate ticketing and sign changes.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork, modeling customer service mindset and achieving goals.
