Fossil Group seeks a Store Manager in Eindhoven to lead with energy, vision, and passion, driving strong sales while upholding the brand values. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, analyse KPIs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

As a store leader, you will manage performance, promote lifestyle selling, and collaborate with area management to execute strategic plans, all while ensuring standards and company policies are followed.

• Several years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in fashion/lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Operate with an 'owner' mentality.
• Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve store success.
• Drive sales through individual targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.
• Coach lifestyle selling techniques to connect with guests and drive multiple-category sales and consumer loyalty.
• Promote the brand aesthetic and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience.
• Analyse KPIs and business drivers to derive strategic plans.
• Ensure store standards and Company policy and procedures are upheld.
• Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills.
• Act as chair for employee meetings e.g touchbases, welfare, misconduct.
• Liaise with centre management for job boards, private sale, promotions.
• Build a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with Area Management and internal stakeholders.
• Be the point of contact for external stakeholders/contractors.
