Job summary

Bellerose is seeking a Store Manager for its Amsterdam location. You will lead the sales team, uphold the brand’s standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly from operations to customer service.

Responsibilities include KPI-driven leadership, inventory control, and maintaining premium service to grow turnover and customer loyalty in a fashion retail setting.

Responsibilities

As Store Manager you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed.

1. Management

• You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.

2. Company strategy

• You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyalty.


• You ensure increasing sales figures.


• You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.

3. Administrative and financial management

• You are responsible for the inventories.


• You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management.


• You manage all the administration related to your team

In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.

Profile
