At Crocs, Inc. you’re not expected to fit a mold. You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.

Overview

As a Project Manager, Store Design & Development at Crocs, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our retail footprint across EMEA. You’ll turn concepts into real, consumer-ready spaces by leading cross-functional teams and partnering with external experts to deliver new stores, remodels, and strategic projects.

Embedded in the Retail organization and reporting to the Store Design & Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders — from Real Estate and Retail Operations to VM, IT, Finance, and construction partners. You’ll align people, budgets, and timelines to bring projects to life with precision and impact.

If you thrive on collaboration, communication, and steering complex initiatives to the finish line, this role gives you the platform to deliver projects that meet brand expectations and elevate the in-store experience across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the execution of store development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met.
  • Manage external partners, including architects, general contractors, landlords, and suppliers to secure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders including Real Estate, Retail Operations, Finance, VM, and IT.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and approvals in alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track budgets, invoices, and cost estimates while identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate handover to Retail Operations and ensure operational readiness, including fixtures, signage, and store services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sustainability goals and design consistency across formats and markets.
  • Innovate processes and continuously improve delivery methods to drive efficiency and scalability within the store development function.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in architecture, construction management, engineering, business, or related field – or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail construction, store development, or project management
  • Background knowledge in construction processes, permitting, fit-out, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of retail environments, budgets, timelines, and technical documentation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional and external stakeholders
  • Ability to problem-solve, make data-informed decisions, and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ideally AutoCAD or similar software
