Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Stock Operator in Lelystad to bridge the stockroom and shop floor, supporting the Store Manager and Stock Manager in daily operations and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will manage stock, ensure accurate replenishment, maintain displays, and train staff in stock guidelines, while adapting to store demands and focusing on efficiency and orderliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock operations or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately daily.
• Train store associates in Stock Management guidelines.
• Ensure product is well displayed, tagged, and stocked on floor and in stockroom.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom; provide floor support as needed.

Job description

As Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the link between the stock room and the floor. Working closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager, you will perform a fundamental role in both the management of the stock room and offer an exceptional shopping experience to the consumer.

Key parts of the role

• Review store sales and KPI's to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
• Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
• Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
• Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted and tagged on the floor and in the stock room
• Organize and maintain the stockroom
• Provide shop floor support to the team
