Job summary

Basic Pharma invites applications for an Operator Sterile Filling Line to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The role involves operating and monitoring a sterile filling process in a GMP cleanroom, with a two-shift schedule and close collaboration with a small team of operators and engineers.

You will ensure safe, compliant production of sterile medicinal products, maintain strict documentation, and support continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency while following

Qualifications

• GMP principles and procedures adherence.
• Accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to work in a sterile cleanroom environment.
• Basic knowledge of production machines and PCs.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sterile filling equipment in a Grade A isolator environment.
• Perform aseptic filling of syringes and vials.
• Execute cleaning, disinfection and environmental monitoring per GMP.
• Carry out sterilization activities and prepare equipment/materials for production.
• Record production data, process parameters and batch documentation.
• Review documentation for completeness and GMP compliance.
• Identify and report deviations, abnormalities or issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and production team for efficiency and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist with trainings of procedures in the department.
