Job summary

Telespazio Belgium is seeking a STEM Didactics Coordinator for the ESA Education Office to work at ESTEC, Netherlands. You will support didactics activities, resource development, and teacher training across formal and non-formal settings, applying space-based teaching.

The role requires coordination with ESA and international partners and a proactive, autonomous attitude. Candidate should hold a STEM degree with teaching qualifications, have at least 3 years of related experience, and be fluent

Qualifications

• University degree in a STEM subject and teaching qualifications in STEM education or secondary-level teaching are required.
• Experience in instructional design and modern STEM pedagogical approaches is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the domain.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver didactics activities, including teaching resources and educator training events.
• Design, coordinate and deliver project-based learning activities.
• Design and evaluate pilot didactics concepts for formal and non-formal environments (ages 3–18) using space as context.
• Support international engagement of teachers and educators at ESA facilities or partner sites.
• Assist in surveys and reports to improve STEM Learning and Inspiration Programme.
