• Proven experience in vendor management, including commercial agreements and contract negotiations.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud and data center operations, infrastructure, and carrier networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Role

We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Platform Services to join our team. This is a global role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Cloud Operations - Platform Services in the Cloud Operations - Platform Services department. You will support our maturing platform through a unique blend of technical program management and vendor management skills. Your expertise in data center services, infrastructure, and carrier networks will be critical in delivering creative solutions and executing high-impact projects in a dynamic global environment.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
