eBay’s Advertising and Marketing Technology teams seek a Staff Software Engineer to design and build high-scale platforms, services, and experiences for sellers and advertisers. You will collaborate across frontend and backend systems to drive measurable impact.

This role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end features, with partnerships across product, design, analytics, and applied science to accelerate AI-powered marketing capabilities.

Formación

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years.
• Strong experience in Java (17+) and building scalable backend services.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and queues like Kafka/RabbitMQ.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable features for advertising and marketing platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to production support.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and ML teams to deliver impact.
