Eye Security is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Managed Detection and Incident Response to own the strategy and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR across Europe. You will collaborate with engineers, product design, security operations, and marketing to scale our core cybersecurity platform.

The role requires senior-level product leadership, autonomy, and a track record in fast-growth environments. You will mentor managers and shape product direction with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
• Deep cybersecurity domain expertise: MDR, EDR, IR.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen: GTM, sales enablement, revenue impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with comfort in ambiguity.
• Fluent English; German language (C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for MDR, EDR, and IR.
• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with vision and market needs.
• Drive discovery to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing for go-to-market strategies and launches.
• Manage external relationships with MSP/partner ecosystems.
• Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and industry best practices.
• Champion agile methodologies and data-driven execution.
