The role blends software engineering with production operations, incident management, and cloud automation. The team prioritizes AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and observability, with Java exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong software development background.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Experience managing production systems in cloud environments.
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own services throughout their lifecycle and ensure reliability.
• Monitor health, performance, and reliability; define SLIs/SLOs.
• Develop automation to reduce manual toil and improve scalability.
• Contribute to architectural design discussions for scalability and reliability.
• Improve observability via logging, monitoring, and alerting enhancements.
