Overview

433 is the world’s largest online football platform. As a Sr. Producer you will independently set up and manage photo and video productions, bringing branded content from major A‑brands to life and executing take‑over shoots and long‑term campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute photo and video productions, from concept fine‑tuning to final output.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and the production team during all production phases.
• Plan and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Source and organize locations and props, or independently identify suitable locations.
• Negotiate with crew and suppliers to meet results within budget.
• Oversee and control the post‑production process, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Monitor data handling of the captured material.

Qualifications

• HBO completion.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production, media or sports marketing with deep understanding of the creative process.
• Professional network to engage partners during productions.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in media and sports world is a plus.
• Live in or near Amsterdam.
• 24/7 availability for projects and productions, including weekends and evenings within a 40‑hour week.
• Flexibility to travel for multiple productions abroad within a month.
• Enthusiastic about working in a football‑centric company and a true football fan.
