Job summary
Beyond Sports is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Alkmaar to drive growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with sports organizations, leagues, clubs and broadcasters. You will generate leads, conduct outreach, and translate market opportunities into commercial deals.
The role suits someone with 2+ years in business development or sales who enjoys networking, tech, and sports. Office-based, 5 days a week, with collaboration across commercial teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience generating new business through proactive outreach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities across the sports industry.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, events and outbound activities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at leagues, clubs and broadcasters.
- Conduct outreach campaigns and schedule introductory meetings with prospects.
- Represent Beyond Sports at selected industry conferences and events.
- Stay informed about sports tech, fan engagement, broadcasting and digital innovation.
- Translate market opportunities into commercial opportunities with teams.
- Maintain and develop the commercial pipeline using HubSpot and other tools.
- Support proposals, presentations and commercial materials.
- Contribute to revenue growth and commercial initiatives.
