Job summary

Soprasteria seeks a PA&S engineer to support the baseline and documentation for ESA projects in Noordwijk. You will review contractor plans, monitor PA&S status, and assist with NCRs, anomalies, and failure analyses within a multinational team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years in the space sector, including 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on QA, audits, and acceptance reviews.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering required for the role.
• 10+ years in the space sector with at least 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proven track record in QA activities for spacecraft units.
• Experience with spacecraft level test campaigns is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Support the PA&S baseline establishment and documentation for ESA projects.
• Review ESA contractor plans, specifications, and PA&S effort proposals.
• Monitor PA&S status, identify NCRs, anomalies, failures, deviations and track actions.
• Assist in assessing PA&S implementation by ESA contractors and interface with project boards.
• Support QA/audit activities, inspection points, and contribute to non-conformance / waiver close-out.
