Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an experienced space AIT/Production Engineer to support ESA IRIS2 at ESTEC in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. You will be part of a Technical Assistance Service Team delivering engineering support for space segment integration and testing.

The role involves contributing to production readiness, defining industrial processes, and coordinating with hardware teams and partners while adhering to quality and safety standards. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience including satellite AIT/AIV.
• Familiarity with large space projects and development reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Experience with design trade-offs, risk assessments, interface definitions and AIT plans/reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide AIT & Production Engineering support for IRIS2 satellite program.
• Define/optimise production and industrialisation processes.
• Contribute to production readiness assessments and validation of manufacturing flows.
• Interface with hardware teams and industrial partners on integration aspects.
