David Lloyd Amsterdam is seeking a Spa Host to be the first point of contact for members entering our wellness area. The role covers ensuring access control and maintaining premium standards, with the possibility of increasing hours beyond 6 per week.

As a Spa Host you act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members, explaining therapy room benefits, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our premium brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium customer service environment.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and ensure spa rules are followed.
• Explain the health and wellbeing benefits of therapy rooms.
• Keep the spa clean and to premium standards.
