Job summary

David Lloyd Amsterdam is seeking a Spa Host to welcome members and manage access to the premium wellness area. This role requires attentiveness to rules and a commitment to a clean, inviting spa environment.

The position starts at 6 hours per week with potential to increase, paying €15.49 per hour. As part of Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, you’ll be an ambassador for our spa retreats, delivering exceptional service and promoting health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Has experience in premium customer service environments.
• A passion for health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering high-quality experiences to members.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members entering the wellness area and ensure access rules are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards in the spa area.
• Act as an ambassador for the spa retreats and explain benefits of therapies and rooms.

As a spa host, you'll be the first point of contact for members entering our exclusive wellness area at David Lloyd Amsterdam. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the rules are followed in the wellness area and for making sure that no one without access enters the spa.
