Job summary

Amazon Rozenburg is hiring a Sortation Associate to join our delivery station team in Rozenburg. You will load conveyor belts, sort and stage deliveries, and help prepare packages for drivers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station - the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Some of your duties may include:

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

The position requires you to be able to:

• Regularly lifting and manually moving goods and materials up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

The position requires proficiency in Dutch and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
