Amazon Workforce Staffing sucht Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter für ein Logistikzentrum in der Region Overijssel. Sie arbeiten in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit in festen Schichtplänen und arbeiten an Förderbändern, scannen Ware und bereiten Pakete für die Auslieferung vor.

Die Aufgaben umfassen das Be- und Entladen, das Heben bis 15 kg, den Umgang mit Scannern und Druckern sowie Arbeiten bei Tages-, Früh-, Spät- und Nacht-Schichten.

Job description

Salary

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,48

16.48€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.31€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.90€/h gross)

Night Shift

• 20,60 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,75 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Shift options and availability vary by site, but you’ll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Full‑time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 05:45 - 13:15
• Late shift: 15:00 - 22:30
• Night shift: 00:30 - 10:00

Part‑time shifts (18+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 09:00 - 13:00
• Middle shift: 05:30 - 13:00, 09:00 - 13:00
• Late shift: 17:00 - 21:00
• Night shift: 00:30 - 10:00

Working week: Mon‑Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
