Job summary

ProfiNRG in Utrecht is seeking a Technical Asset Manager to oversee solar farms and battery systems for international customers. The role is hybrid, 32–40 hours per week, with a salary of €4,500–€5,500 gross per month.

You will monitor performance, manage O&M contracts, prepare monthly and annual reports, and help develop strategy to maximise portfolio returns. A technical background and strong English are essential in this fast-growing energy company.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and customer-first approach.
• Good understanding of contracts and finance is beneficial.
• Proven interest in solar energy and energy transition.
• Technical background or strong engineering interest.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance for international customers.
• Serve as first point of contact for owners, stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Develop multi-year strategy to maximise solar farm returns and provide feedback on field work.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to product and process innovations and ensure contractual compliance.
• Oversee profitability of projects.
