Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Data team in Amsterdam. You will build scalable, high-performance systems for reference data management, reporting, and analytics, partnering with traders and researchers to improve trading decisions.

This hands-on role focuses on development (≈80%) with some production ownership (≈20%), emphasizing robust design, data quality, and CI/CD deployments in a fast-paced, quantitative environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in high-performance or data-intensive environments.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-performance systems for trade and position lifecycle management.
• Automate lifecycle events across asset classes.
• Build and maintain reference data platforms.
