Job summary

Sioux Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and test software for high-tech products and machines. You will join our team from Apeldoorn or client sites, delivering robust software for semiconductor, analytical instrumentation, and medical equipment industries.

You will develop in C#, C++, and Java within an Agile framework, participate in code reviews, ensure quality through testing, and pursue continuous professional growth as part of a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or Computer Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical software development.
• Experience in semiconductor, medical, or analytical industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of design patterns, UML, and Agile methodologies.
• Team player with strong Dutch and English communication skills; valid EU driving license and willingness to travel.

As a Software Engineer C#/C++/JAVA, you develop and test software for high-tech products and machines.

In this role, you support our customers in the semiconductor, analytical instrumentation, and medical equipment industries, within the triangle of Nijmegen, Enschede, and Zwolle, by delivering smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays an essential role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or Computer Engineering
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in technical software development
• You have experience in technical domains such as the semiconductor, medical, or analytical industry
• You have knowledge of various development methodologies and techniques such as Design - Patterns, UML, and Agile
• You are a team player and keep the common goal in mind
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• You possess a valid European driver’s license and are willing to travel
