Job summary

TapRaise is seeking a software engineer to help build intuitive, well-crafted web applications. You will work across the stack and own what you ship in an Agile startup setting.

You should enjoy challenges, learn quickly, and contribute to a team that values transparency and collaboration while delivering user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of web development experience.
• Full-time, hybrid setting (at least 2 days on-site).
• Fluent English and strong UI/UX focus.
• Experience with React, Tailwind, Symfony and databases.

We are currently a team of 11, of which 6 are developers, 2 Product Owners, 1 Scrum Master/Talent Manager, 1 Account Executive, and the Founder/Director.

About our product

With our solutions is possible to streamline the entire fundraising process, reducing administrative hassle and leaving more time to make an impact: 'Less administration, more impact.'

Our software enable agencies and sales teams to manage their field marketing operations (schedule shifts, recruit new donors, and calculate salaries).

We provide real-time insights to both agencies and NGOs about their campaigns' performance. We also manage dataflows and provide CRM integrations (like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).

Our focus is efficiency, transparency, and data quality.

About the role

We're looking for a software engineer to help us build intuitive, well-crafted web applications. You'll work across the stack and have real ownership over what you ship.

You share our passion for technology and programming. You work well independently and as part of a team, and you thrive in an Agile startup environment where priorities shift and what you ship this week actually reaches users next week.

Requirements

• Experience level: minimum 3 years.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) on a hybrid setting (at least 2 days on-site).
• You enjoy taking on challenges and finding effective solutions for them.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to build intuitive front-ends with focus on UI/UX and attention to detail.
• Fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with PHP is a plus.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Tailwind or Symfony.
• Comfortable with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Use AI tools in your day-to-day work, like Claude Code/Cowork/Codex.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English.
