Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role with a portfolio to demonstrate, ideally in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent understanding of Excel, and other microsoft suits programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have experience in Klaviyo creating Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) and managing email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging text, images, and videos aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
• Foster interactions, respond to comments/messages promptly, and cultivate a positive brand image.
• Monitor metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content calendars, advertising campaigns, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
