Job summary

Arkintel in Delft is offering a student social media role to plan and ship a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube. You will write posts in Arkintel's voice—sharp, sovereign, opinionated—and capture footage at talks, customer visits and around the studio in Delft.

You will edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and longer-form keynote highlights for YouTube, track performance and iterate the plan.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, design, journalism or related field.
• You write for social platforms with a human voice, not generic marketing language.
• You are comfortable on camera and with light photo/video editing tools.
• Dutch language skills are a bonus but not required.

• Edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and longer-form keynote highlights for YouTube.
• Track what works (impressions, follower growth, qualified inbound) and iterate the calendar accordingly.
• Co-own one or two campaigns end-to-end — from brief to publish to retrospective.

Who you are:

• A student or recent grad in marketing, communications, design, journalism or something tangential. We care about the work, not the degree.
• You actually use the platforms you'd be posting on, and you have opinions about what's good.
• You can write in English that sounds like a person, not a brand voice generator.
• Comfortable with a camera, basic photo / video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Figma).
• Self-directed; you don't need a brief for every post.
• Bonus: Dutch language skills, since a lot of our customers and partners are Dutch.
