Support the execution of Bugaboo’s global social and content activities, contributing to day-to-day operations, content production, and trend monitoring.

This role provides hands‑on experience across content creation, community support, and strategic insights, acting as a key support layer within the team while developing a strong understanding of digital content ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Social Operations & Content Support

• Support day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Assist in coordinating content needs and timelines with internal stakeholders

Content Creation & Production Support

• Assist in content shoots and production, including preparation, on-set support, and post-production coordination
• Support product seeding and creator-related logistics
• Contribute to drafting social copy.

Trends & Insights

• Create regular trend and competitor reports, with a focus on identifying relevant formats, topics, and platform developments
• Support the team with insights that inform content creation and platform strategy

Creator & Community Support

• Assist in identifying creators and supporting outreach, seeding, and briefing processes
• Provide support in community management activities when needed

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Support the preparation of monthly reports on content performance and community engagement
• Assist in tracking key metrics and organizing data for team analysis

Presentation & Team Support

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documents
• Support the team in maintaining organized workflows and up-to-date materials
