The SCI Team (Systemic Cause Investigators) enhances IT system reliability by analysing post-mortems from all ING entities across the globe through a systemic lens. This means examining problems and solutions as part of a broader, interconnected system rather than in isolation.
This team will uncover deeper causes of disruptions and help to implement lasting improvements to prevent recurrence, addressing the gap in our current processes with a data-driven approach.
