What does this look like in practice?
Our clients’ IT environments must be available 24/7. If there’s a disruption, your colleagues from the Operations Center will call immediately to map and resolve the issue. For example, imagine a railway signal that is no longer visible in the system. Is the problem in physical infrastructure maintenance? Or in the data or a container? Because you know the client’s applications inside and out, you act quickly and identify the root cause fast.
