What's the job all about?

Just a heads-up, DevOps Engineer: at Conclusion Mission Critical, your role makes a real impact. Work that truly matters, like:

Ensuring stable and secure IT platforms so that software teams can focus on innovation.

Automating and optimizing monitoring & alerting to detect and resolve disruptions faster.

Supporting DevOps teams with the implementation of cloud and container solutions.

Evaluating and improving security & compliance to meet the highest standards.

Analyzing and solving incidents in collaboration with both operations and development.

What does this look like

You’ll work in a highly engineered IT environment where systems must be available 24/7. If something goes wrong—say, a monitoring failure at a wind farm—you’re the one who:

Quickly identifies the root cause: Is it a network issue, a faulty configuration, or a defective sensor?

Applies the right fix: Automated recovery via scripting or an infrastructure tweak?

Continuously improves: Can we prevent this issue next time with better monitoring or automation?

Your goal? Making systems smarter, faster, and more robust.

Requirements

Experience with monitoring and incident management in complex IT environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and experience with container technologies like Kubernetes or OpenShift.

Skilled in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, and using automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.

Affinity with security and compliance, including audits, vulnerability management, and implementing robust monitoring/observability solutions as part of a DevSecOps approach.

Willingness to dive deeper into the technology stack of Conclusion Mission Critical and the specific challenges within the energy domain.

Do you have a passion for (Generative) AI and enjoy exploring how new technologies can drive smarter IT solutions? That curiosity and drive are exactly what we're looking for.
