Job summary

Middle Point in Sliedrecht, Netherlands, is seeking a Site Manager for yacht building. You will lead the on-site installation team, coordinate installation and assembly, and ensure projects stay within planned hours and budget.

The role requires an MBO Level 4 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, plus 2+ years of site management experience in yachts. Dutch and English fluency, strong leadership, and proactive problem-solving are essential. Relocation and visa support are available.

Qualifications
