Vestas is seeking a Site Manager (Onshore) to lead installation sites across the NCE region, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and on‑time execution. You will organize site activities, manage resources, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex wind-energy projects.

Within Vestas Wind Systems, the Construction department in Northern & Central Europe (NCE) is responsible for delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with required quality standards.
The Installation & Commissioning (I&C) department, as part of NCE Construction, manages the pre‑installation, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines for both onshore and offshore projects across the region.
Within I&C, the Site Execution Management department holds overall responsibility for the operational delivery of all construction sites in NCE, achieved through the deployment and support of skilled and motivated Site Managers who lead site activities and ensure successful project execution.
