Job summary

Dingli seeks a Site Manager to ensure timely, quality delivery of machines while upholding safety and compliance in a warehouse setting.

You will lead and coordinate site operations, supervise activities from receiving to dispatch, and perform hands-on material handling and equipment tasks.

Collaboration with sales, service and logistics is essential to maintain customer satisfaction, optimize workflows, and implement cost-efficient improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing site/warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a site environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in site/warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Physically fit and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all site (warehouse) activities, ensuring efficient and safe daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Perform hands-on site (warehouse) tasks, including material handling, equipment operation, PDI, and basic machinery/equipment maintenance
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of aerial work platforms and related machinery
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and materials required for site (warehouse) operations
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor site (warehouse) performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, accuracy, and cost efficiency
• Oversee facility and administrative duties, such as telephone and network systems, courier services, office supplies and maintenance of assets/vehicles
