Job summary

Frencken Europe B.V. in Eindhoven seeks a Site Lean Deployment Leader to drive operational transformation through Lean principles and continuous improvement. You will develop and execute the site Lean roadmap, coach leaders and teams, and lead cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste with data-driven analysis.

A minimum of 3 years in Lean/Continuous Improvement is required, with an HBO education. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
• Experience implementing Lean and problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Completed (minimum) a relevant HBO education, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site’s Lean transformation roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean thinking, problem solving, and change management.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and facilitate workshops.
• Identify and eliminate operational waste through data-driven analysis.
• Standardize and optimize processes to improve operational performance.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Support leadership teams with performance management and daily management systems.
